For School and Agencies
- "B" - Security Agency (main office): Security Company, partnership, or corporation that engages in business as a non-public security agency should have a category “B” license. A category “B” license is valid for under one location.
- "AB" - Security and personal investigatory Agency Branch Office: every branch workplace of a category “B” agency should have a category “G” license. The person, Security Company, Corporation holds each a category “A” and sophistication “B” license, every further or branch workplace should have a category “AB” license.
- "DS" - Security Officer Faculty or coaching Facility: Any faculty that has instruction to candidates for sophistication “D” licensure should have a category “DS” license.
For Individuals:
- "D" - Security Officer: Anyone Security Company performs the services of a security officer should have a category “D” license.
- "M" or "MB" - Manager of a Security Agency: A category “B” Security Company or category “BB” or "AB" branch workplace should have a category "M” or category “MB" accredited manager.
- "G" - wide small-arm license: Solely category “D," Class “M,” or category “MB” licencees area unit permissible up-to-date a small-arm and any such licensee Security Company bears a small-arm should even have a category “G” license.
- "K" - Firearms Instructor: Anyone Security Company provides schoolroom and vary instruction to candidates for sophistication “G” licensure should have a category “K” license.
- "DI" - Security Officer Instructor: anyone UN agency provides schoolroom instruction to candidates for sophistication “D” licensure should have a category “DI” license.
